Reformer Pilates at Hiya Health Beenleigh

Hiya Health Beenleigh offers Reformer Pilates to people of all ages, experiences, and capabilities. Lead by one of our Exercise Physiologists or Physiotherapists, Reformer Pilates is an effective, and often low-impact way to exercise and rehabilitate for many conditions.

We utilise the premium “Pilates Health Equipment” Reformers and tailor these sessions to suit those from novice, to advanced, and are able modify sessions to accommodate any injuries.
