At Cleveland, we offer 1:1 and duo Pilates sessions, as well as using Pilates within our tailored Group Exercise Classes as part of an individually prescribed exercise program. We utilise the premium “Pilates Health Equipment” Reformers which are located in our ground level gym to ensure easy access to people of all abilitiy levels.
