Alexis is a passionate physiotherapist at the Hiya Health Beenleigh Clinic. She completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) at The University of Queensland, gaining clinical experience across musculoskeletal, neurological, and paediatric settings, including neurological and neurodevelopmental conditions, orthopaedic rehabilitation, and chronic pain.

She enjoys working with clients across the lifespan and is driven by helping people achieve goals that matter most to them – from returning to meaningful activities to building long-term strength, confidence, and independence. With a strong interest in neurological and musculoskeletal rehabilitation, she also has a growing enthusiasm for Pilates-informed rehabilitation to support functional movement and recovery.
Alexis values empowering clients to take an active role in their rehabilitation journey and takes a collaborative approach, working closely with clients and other allied health professionals to promote holistic care and achieve meaningful, long-term outcomes for her clients.
Outside the clinic, Alexis stays active through running and Pilates, while also enjoying relaxed beach days and discovering new cafés.
