Josh is an accredited Exercise Physiologist at Hiya Health, bringing a strong passion for helping individuals improve their quality of life through targeted, evidence-based exercise therapy. Graduating with honours from the University of Queensland, Josh is committed to delivering high-quality, client-centred care that supports long-term health and functional independence.
Josh has developed special interests in neurological rehabilitation, healthy ageing, post-surgical recovery, general health and wellbeing, as well as return to work or sport programs. He has experience working closely with individuals managing complex neurological conditions, recovering from surgeries, or aiming to safely return to work, sport, and meaningful daily activities. His approach prioritises safe progression, functional outcomes, and sustainable long-term results.
With experience supporting clients across a wide range of abilities and health conditions, Josh delivers individualised programs tailored to each person’s unique needs. He values building strong therapeutic relationships and takes pride in helping clients regain confidence, restore physical capacity, and maximise independence across their lifespan
